Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all services provided by ANDRUTANIX Technovate OPC Private Limited including digital marketing, website design, development, hosting, maintenance, SEO, paid advertising management, CRM integrations, and related project work.

2. Definitions

  • Client means the individual or entity that contracts ANDRUTANIX for Services.
  • SOW means the proposal, statement of work, or order form that describes deliverables, timelines, and payments.
  • Effective Date means the date the Client accepts the SOW or makes the initial payment.

3. Cancellation Before Project Start

  • By Client: Client may cancel a project before work begins. Any prepaid non‑refundable fees or third‑party costs already incurred by ANDRUTANIX will be retained. Remaining prepaid amounts will be refunded within 14 business days.
  • By ANDRUTANIX: If ANDRUTANIX cancels before starting work, the Client will receive a full refund of any prepaid fees for undelivered work.

4. Cancellation During Project

  • Client‑initiated: If the Client cancels after work has started, the Client will pay for work performed up to the cancellation date calculated on a time‑and‑materials basis or per milestone as specified in the SOW. Any non‑recoverable third‑party costs and license fees will be charged. Remaining prepaid balances for undelivered services will be refunded within 14 business days.
  • ANDRUTANIX‑initiated: ANDRUTANIX may terminate for Client breach, nonpayment, or repeated failure to provide required materials; in such cases the Client remains liable for work completed and any recoverable expenses. ANDRUTANIX will provide an itemized invoice for work completed.

5. Subscription Services and Retainers

  • Monthly Services: Monthly retainers (e.g., ongoing SEO, social media management, ad management) require written notice to cancel. Standard notice period is 30 days unless the SOW specifies otherwise. The Client is billed for the notice period.
  • Prepaid Months: Prepaid months for subscription services are non‑refundable except when ANDRUTANIX cancels the service without cause, in which case unused prepaid amounts will be prorated and refunded.

6. Refund Eligibility and Exceptions

  • Eligible Refunds: Refunds will be issued when: the service was not delivered as specified in the SOW; ANDRUTANIX cancels prior to starting work; or upon mutual written agreement.
  • Non‑Eligible Refunds: No refunds for work already accepted by the Client, completed deliverables transferred to Client control, customized code and design already delivered, time‑spent on strategy or research, or services that depend on third‑party timelines.
  • Third‑Party Costs: Payments for third‑party services purchased on behalf of the Client (hosting, premium plugins, ad spend, stock assets) are non‑refundable once paid to the vendor, unless the vendor issues a refund.

7. Warranty Period and Corrections

  • Corrections: After delivery, ANDRUTANIX will correct any defects identified within the acceptance period defined in the SOW at no additional charge if they fall within the original scope.
  • Warranty: Limited warranty applies only to items expressly covered in the SOW. Requests for new features or scope changes after acceptance will follow the change request process and may incur additional charges.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

  • Chargebacks: Clients must contact ANDRUTANIX to resolve billing disputes before initiating a chargeback. ANDRUTANIX may contest chargebacks and will provide evidence of delivery and communications. If a chargeback is reversed in ANDRUTANIX’s favor, the Client remains liable for the disputed amount plus associated costs.
  • Disputes: Billing or refund disputes should be raised in writing to privacy@andrutanix.com and will be handled in accordance with the Agreement dispute process.

9. How to Request Cancellation or Refund

  • Request Method: Send cancellation or refund requests to privacy@andrutanix.com with the SOW or invoice number, project name, and reason for cancellation.
  • Verification: ANDRUTANIX will verify the request, calculate amounts due or refundable, and respond within 7 business days with next steps. Refunds, if approved, will be issued within 14 business days via the original payment method where possible.

10. Modifications to This Policy

ANDRUTANIX may update this Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. The most recent version will be provided with new SOWs and published on our website. Existing SOWs remain subject to the policy version in effect at the Effective Date unless parties agree in writing to a change.
