Shipping and Delivery Policy

Scope

This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to all deliverables provided by ANDRUTANIX Technovate OPC Private Limited for digital marketing, website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and related services. It covers how we deliver digital products, physical items (if any), handover procedures, timelines, and responsibilities.

Delivery Types and Methods

  • Digital deliverables: source code, deployed websites, design files, images, videos, reports, analytics exports, and marketing assets are delivered via secure links, cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, or client workspace), version control (Git repository), or email as agreed.
  • Deployed websites and apps: delivered by publishing to the Client’s hosting account, ANDRUTANIX hosting, or a third‑party platform with credentials provided by the Client.
  • Physical items: branded stationery, print materials, or packaged deliverables (rare) are shipped via a courier selected per the SOW; shipping costs and timelines are charged to the Client unless otherwise stated.
  • Third‑party assets: plugins, premium themes, fonts, stock assets, or paid integrations are provisioned under the Client’s license or purchased on behalf of the Client and delivered as license keys or receipts.

Delivery Timeline and Milestones

  • Project milestones: Delivery timelines and milestones are defined in the SOW. Each milestone will list deliverables, acceptance periods, and expected delivery method.
  • Standard turnaround: Typical small website projects: 2–6 weeks; custom development and enterprise projects: timeline as per SOW. Digital marketing reports and assets: weekly/monthly per agreement.
  • Hosting and DNS changes: DNS propagation can take up to 72 hours after changes are made; ANDRUTANIX will perform steps and advise the Client but cannot control DNS propagation speed.
  • Expedited delivery: Available on request and subject to resource availability and additional fees. Request must be in writing.

Acceptance, Revisions, and Handover

  • Acceptance period: After delivery of a milestone or final deliverable, the Client has the acceptance period stated in the SOW (commonly 5–10 business days) to review and raise defects or change requests. Failure to respond within the acceptance period is treated as acceptance.
  • Revisions: Small scope revisions included as per the SOW; out‑of‑scope changes follow the change request process and may incur extra charges and extended timelines.
  • Final handover: On final acceptance and full payment, ANDRUTANIX provides agreed artifacts (source code, credentials, documentation, style guide) and performs a knowledge transfer session if included in the SOW.

Hosting, Backups, and Withdrawal of Service

  • Hosting plans: If ANDRUTANIX provides hosting, Service Level, backup schedule, uptime expectations, and maintenance windows are specified in the SOW or hosting agreement.
  • Backups: Regular backups are maintained per hosting plan; restore requests are handled per the hosting SLA and may incur fees if caused by Client action or third‑party conflicts.
  • Withdrawal: ANDRUTANIX may suspend or terminate hosting or managed services for non‑payment after written notice; suspension does not void payment obligations.

Delays, Liability, and Client Responsibilities

  • Delays: ANDRUTANIX is not responsible for delays caused by the Client’s late delivery of content, credentials, approvals, third‑party vendors, domain registrar or DNS issues, or force majeure events. Timeline adjustments will be communicated and a revised schedule issued.
  • Liability: ANDRUTANIX’s liability for delivery issues is limited as set out in the Agreement and SOW; ANDRUTANIX will use reasonable efforts to remedy delivery failures within the scope of the Agreement.
  • Client responsibilities: Provide timely content, access, approvals, domain and hosting credentials, and any required third‑party licenses. Secure backups of Client content prior to transfer when requested.

Shipping Fees, Taxes, and Refunds

  • Digital delivery: No shipping fees for digital file delivery; expenses related to large file transfers through premium services may be charged if agreed.
  • Physical shipping: Shipping fees, insurance, customs duties, and taxes for any physical items are charged to the Client unless otherwise agreed.
  • Refunds: Refunds for failed or incomplete deliveries follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy and the SOW terms.

How to Request Delivery, Support, or Raise Issues

  • Delivery queries and handover requests: Email privacy@andrutanix.com with SOW or invoice number and requested action.
